The Steamed Siakap with soya sauce is among the all-time house favourites. Depending on seasonal availability, the fish selection ranges from siakap, eel, red snapper, and garoupa fillet.

While food at regular buffets tends to cool and loose its flavour after a certain amount of time, Kontiki's concept ensures you enjoy dishes at their order to cook. What’s more, it also gives you the flexibility of selecting only the dishes that you fancy. So, if you’re in the mood for five plates of prawns and nothing else, that’s entirely up to you. 

Among the other popular dishes are Stir-fried fried prawn with Chilli sauce, Butter cream sauce, Rendang or Madras and Stewed duck with ginger. The General Tso's chicken is marinated in a special taste blend that cuts down its strong smell.
